Background:
FEI/Equine Management

• 1984 — SPORTS MANAGER for all FEI equestrian events—Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee.
• 1996 - Senior Consultant and Senior Staff member for FEI equestrian activities at Atlanta Olympic Organizing Committee—responsible for all non-field of play activities.
• 2004 - Reorganized the entire State of Qatar FEI endurance policies and procedures.
• 2005 - Managing Director for the Organizing Committee for the FEI GCC(6 Middle East gulf countries) Endurance Championships.

FEI Performance/Training Activities

• 1998 and 2005 - Chef d’ Equipe 3 times for State of Qatar endurance team. Emphasized training and coaching young riders—achieved 2005 youngest rider completion at World Endurance Championship in Dubai. Achieved Junior team gold and Junior individual silver, plus senior team silver at the 2005 FEI GCC Endurance Championship.
• 1996-2006 - participated in over 120 FEI 2-4* endurance events as a trainer, coach, chef d’ equipe, manager and rider.
• 1999-2004 — coach and trainer in Dubai, UAE. Highlights: produced the top rated rider and horse in Dubai in 2001. Top student has produced 2 of the 4 fastest 100 mile times in the world to date.
• One of only two trainers worldwide with a win in 9 or more countries.

General Equine/Sports Activities

• Member of American Endurance Riders Conference (AERC) since 1982.
• Top ten Tevis Cup 3 times and 1 BC
• Gold medal team member at 1st North American Championships
• Completed 50 of 53 rides - 5520 kilometers
• Race Director of two National Ride & Tie Championships
• Race Director of the 7,000 person Manhattan Beach 10k run
